Lucy Steen van der Schuit

Finally! After ten years I wrote Vlasova a letter and included photographs of her portrait. We met in 2002 where she was a museumkeeper at The Hermitage in st. Petersburg. We had a nice conversation about the painting of Renoir: Jeanne Samary. I made some sketches of Vlasova and, being in Holland again, made an acryl-painting of her. The painting was sold shortly after I painted it.
