After visiting the exhibition of Peter The Great at the Hermitage ( 400 years Russia - Netherlands ), I started with the orange-blue mosaic-tile for my former employer Fluor. Was Fluor the first American enterprise in Haarlem? Fluor - Schuytvlot N.V. started its business in 1962 at the Schipholweg after taking over the technical office of Schuytvlot, which was located in De Haarlemmer Hout at De Dreef. The Flowsheetgroup (I was the first girl working in this new group) started in August 1966.The tile shall be placed near Fluor's former office (you can still read the characters F L U O R on the building when you are standing backwards to the Buitenrust bridge).
