ON THE ROOF OF MUSEUM 'SHIP' IN THE HARBOUR OF IJMUIDEN

After a picture was taken for the IJmuider Courant on the roof of Museum SHIP, we went back inside to attach a.o. the poem Woud van Staal (Forest of Steel) to the window. The poem is about Tata-Steel / Hoogovens*. In the 80-ies I made several Cad/Cam-drawings for *De Cokesfabrieken at the Farnest Engineering Office in Haarlem.

The poem shall stay there until the biggest lock in the world is completed. A huge, typical Dutch (?) project in our community to be véry proud of. Merci Cees!
