PORTRAIT
Doing a portrait of your own flesh and blood is more difficult than painting a stranger. With acryllic lampblack, cerulean blue and lemonyellow I made a sketch of my brave, handsome daughter on panel. I sent her a photograph of the painted sketch because I wanted her to choose a background. Maybe her village Zandvoort aan Zee with the Noordzee to make it more 3D?
