Lucy Steen van der Schuit

After reading Conny's book De Woede van Abraham and completing my painting VELSEN 2026 (for the exhibition in Velsen Town Hall next month), it was time again to cycle along the impressive North Sea Canal (álways a joy) to the Sea and Harbour Museum (Zee en Havenmuseum).

IJmuiden and the North Sea Canal are celebrating their 150th anniversary this year, and an impressive exhibition is dedicated to this in this special museum. Merci beaucoup for the very friendly welcome and explanation!
